A schematic is where most product risk is either created or removed. We capture analog, digital, power and mixed-signal circuits, simulate them against real operating conditions, and review the design before layout or firmware is committed.
Schematics that are drawn rather than engineered: values chosen from habit, protection left until the first revision, and no simulation behind the critical blocks. Those issues surface during bring-up, when changes are expensive.
We review the electrical intent of a design before it becomes copper. Power budgets, protection strategy, tolerance stack-ups and component tolerances are examined while they are still cheap to change.
Net classes, power flags and design rules applied consistently, so the file behaves predictably in simulation and manufacture.
Transient, AC, DC operating point and worst-case analysis on the blocks where margin actually matters.
Over-voltage, reverse polarity, ESD, surge and thermal limits considered as part of the circuit, not added afterwards.
Component tolerances, temperature drift and worst-case conditions reviewed before parts are committed to a BOM.
Design work can be scoped as a complete circuit or as a focused block within a larger programme.

DefenceThe scenarios below illustrate the kind of work we do — they are not published client case studies or measured results. Ask us about relevant experience for your product.
Challenge: A 2 mV signal had to be measured accurately next to a switching power supply.
Approach: A protected, filtered analog chain with a buffered reference, simulated across temperature before layout.
Explore IoT & sensorsChallenge: Several loads with different tolerances, fed from a wide input range.
Approach: Sequenced supplies with per-rail protection, verified in simulation across the full input range.
Explore manufacturing supportChallenge: Load dump, temperature extremes and vibration limit off-the-shelf modules.
Approach: A derated custom driver with protection, monitoring and pre-compliance testing.

Yes. Transient, AC, DC operating point and worst-case simulation is run on the blocks where margin matters, and the results are interpreted rather than filed away.
Yes. We review existing schematics for electrical risk, protection, tolerance, cost and manufacturability, then prioritise fixes or propose a phased redesign.
Reviewed schematic files, simulation results, design intent and notes, plus the information layout, firmware and manufacturing need to build the board.
Timelines depend on complexity, component availability and review cycles. Discovery identifies milestones and risks, and a focused first prototype can be planned separately from later enhancements.
